Reservations & Fine Print

All reservations are made online and for outdoor dining only.
We are currently only accepting guests who have a reservation. Walk-ins will not be permitted.
Our largest party size is 6 guests. Reservations can not be combined to form larger parties.
Due to fluctuating Government Mandates we are currently using a 7 day reservation window.
When booking reservations, please include children & infants in the party size.
We are unable to accommodate any increase in party size.
We allow a 15 min grace period, from your reservation time, for your party to be complete.
Your full party must be present to be seated.
All cancellations and reductions in party size made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $30 per person charge. All reservation changes and cancellations can be managed on OpenTable.com.
We are currently only accepting and have set forth dining times allotted for each party, they are as follows:
- For parties of 2 we have reserved 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- For parties of 4 we have reserved 2 hours.
- For parties of 5-6 we have reserved 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Health guidelines require us to temporarily discontinue outside wine (corkage), food, decor or other items to be brought in to the restaurant.
Our coat and bag check has been temporarily suspended.
In order to prevent cross-contamination we will be providing each guest with single use menus.
We have temporarily discontinued pre-setting tables. Each guest will be provided with clean glassware and wrapped silverware when they are greeted by their server.
Take-away containers must be filled by guests and will be provided upon request.
A 3% charge is added to all checks to help cover healthcare benefits for our team members. If you would like this charge removed, please let us know.
We will not be accepting cash payments.
In order to reduce the amount of distractions in our dining room, we kindly ask our guests to refrain from using devices with larger screens such as Ipads or computers.
Please let us know ahead of time if you have any severe allergies.
Your dining experience is important to us. For the comfort of our guests and staff, kindly refrain from wearing any strong smelling oils, perfumes or cologne.
Pets are not allowed in Felix.
