Zuccarini has since built upon her successes, adding Gusto 54 Catering, Pai Northern Thai Kitchen, Kiin, Felix Trattoria, Chubby's Jamaican Kitchen, and Gusto 501 to the growing roster. Through quiet leadership and family ethos, Gusto 54 expands its community of restaurants with future projects Azhar, Alta, and Stella.
