Role and Responsibilities:

• Clear tables to Felix Standard
• Transport cutlery, plates & glasses to dish washing area
• Set up and break down the dining room before and after service 
• Follow Health Guidlines and Safety Standards
• Attend regularly scheduled training meetings to develop knowledge and skills
• Support Service team throughout service
